Nutrition and weight management course with Don't Tone Alone

Don't Tone Alone CIC are running a six-week nutrition and weight management course to give you the skills to better manage your diet while earning Continual Professional Development (CPD) points.

Learn how to identify and take control of eating patterns and behaviours to improve your nutrition. See what healthy eating looks like with professional guidelines, including macro and micronutrients as well as hydration.

Sessions are followed by a 40-minute exercise class to get you moving and trying different exercises.

The course is supported by Don't Tone Alone's advanced training team with specialisms in weight management and working with long-term conditions. It's open to everyone, so for more information, please email DTA.

Places are limited and allocated to the first 15 people who complete pre-course registration forms AND questionnaires. Please complete the registration form and look out in your emails for the pre-course questionnaires. If both questionnaires are not completed and returned, you will not be guaranteed a place.
