Mind can provide confidential information on a range of topics including types of mental distress, where to get help, drug and alternative treatments and advocacy. With information for local areas as well. Their website also contains information on a variety of issues.

The Rethink Mental Illness Advice Service offers practical help on issues such as the Mental Health Act, community care, welfare, benefits, debt, criminal justice and carers rights. They also offer general help on living with mental illness, medication, care and treatment. The line is open from 9:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Their website contains useful practical information on a range of issues.
