Work matters, you matter

With so many of us continuing to work remotely, the demands are particularly different to what we're used to.

Remote work can become challenging, particularly if it's different from what you're used to. Even the most diligent employees may experience a loss of motivation and performance, especially without support and training. Remote working can present some challenges, including:

  • Lack of face-to-face supervision
  • Lack of access to information
  • Social isolation
  • Distractions at home

This blog series is designed to support you, offer help, advice and clear, common-sense tips to get you and your team through any teething issues you may experience.

We started with establishing structure and routine, including daily check-ins with team members to reduce loneliness and provide mutual support.

Relationship support, through our partner, Relate, can help to ease tensions - which often arise from households suddenly spending increased time together, with little room for escape.

Gratitude, let's feel thankful for the technology we have to contact friends and family, and enable us to work from home, where possible.
