Financial Assistance

Everything you need to know about applying to us for financial assistance. 

We screen all applications for urgency. Currently applications can take up to four weeks to be allocated to a caseworker.

To check the status of your application, please log into your portal account.

Help to get back on your feet

If you’re a current, former or retired civil servant or a dependant of one, and you’re facing unexpected costs you can’t cover, we may be able to help.

Please note that we are not a crisis service as applications take time to process and action.
