Together we are making things better for civil servants

Lockdown has hit civil servants hard. Longer working hours, changing roles and responsibilities and uncertainty have left many facing an increased risk of burnout, a decline in their mental wellbeing, and difficulties at home.

For some, the pandemic has created financial challenges, especially where a partner has lost a job.

Many have taken on additional caring responsibilities – looking after loved ones who are sick, elderly or with long-term health conditions.

Thanks to support from civil servants like you, the Charity can be there for those who are struggling – giving help when it's needed most.

We support civil servants when times are tough. Listening without judgement, we offer practical, financial and emotional support to thousands of past and current colleagues.

Linda quote

“These times are like uncharted waters. One thing that gives us stability in life is routine, but change is inevitable at the moment.

It thus became a matter of how we deal with change that counts. I felt like I'd either sink or swim in this strange, new world and the Charity is helping me swim. They've been a source of my recovery.”
