STEP this September

Can you aim for 10,000 steps a day during September and help raise much needed funds?

On your own, with the dog or with colleagues, friends or family – STEP this September is all about getting moving and having fun.

It’s impossible to predict what life will throw at us. Illness, bereavement, relationship breakdown, money worries, the strain of caring for loved ones; these are just some of the reasons why people turn to us. And you can help!

By walking, running, skipping or even dancing your way to 10,000 steps your support can help change lives.

It is FREE to take part and setting up your Just Giving page is easy.

However you take on the challenge, as a team or on your own, you can be proud of the fact that thanks to you, more people can access the confidential support, information and advice that can help them overcome life’s challenges and thrive – all whilst getting fitter and having fun.

Record your steps using our step tracker. Once downloaded you will need to open in the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (it is available to download free online if you don't have it). This will allow you to enter your daily steps and save the document to keep track of your total steps.

But don’t just take our word, hear from some of our 2020 walkers about the benefits they found by taking part.
