We are currently recruiting for a Money Advice and Services Officer to join our busy and supportive Help, Advice and Services department. In this role, you will be advising serving, former and retired civil servants on issues relating to money advice, offering next steps and options to help to resolve the difficulties they may be experiencing.

To be successful in this role, you will bring at least two years’ experience of giving generalist money advice, as well as comprehensive knowledge of legislative, statutory and voluntary sectors relating to money advice. You will also have an understanding of the charitable and grant-giving sectors.

This role is homebased, but some travel will occasionally be required. The successful candidate will need to be based near one of the major civil service hubs, preferably Birmingham or Greater London.
