Executive Assistant to the Director of Fundraising

Office based (minimum 3 days)

Apply now.

The Charity for Civil Servants is here for the Civil Service community, listening without judgement and offering practical, financial and emotional support to people who come to us for help. With new fundraising initiatives coming up and development investment secured for the future, this is an exciting time to join us.

We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant, reporting to the Director of Strategic Marketing and Income Generation, where our Fundraising department is part of the Directorate. You will be providing high level support to the Director, working alongside them to deliver their objectives and those of the Charity. You will also be working with our Executive Assistant team and Governance Manager from time to time. All our staff are expected to uphold our values and the behaviours that reflect our values.

Previous experience as an executive assistant is not necessary, nor is a charity or Civil Service background. Skills we can teach, understanding comes with time, and experience comes with practice. If you are ambitious, organised, and can communicate effectively (and professionally) with others, then you are just the sort of person we’re looking for.

Our intention is to conduct interviews in our Head Office, but are happy to accommodate adjustments in order to be as inclusive as possible (please speak to us about how we can assist when invited to interview).

The Charity for Civil Servants are committed to building and developing a workforce which reflects the diversity of the civil service community that we support. We seek to ensure all job applications are treated fairly, with respect and without bias and we encourage applications from suitably experienced candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion or belief, or any other factor.

Strictly no agencies.
