The Charity for Civil Servants is a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity. The Charity is registered as The Civil Service Benevolent Fund.
Our Patron is Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II.
The Charity for Civil Servants is governed by a Board of Trustees, who are volunteers.
The Charity’s Directors report to the Trustees through board meetings or one of its committees.
The Charity for Civil Servants has four committees. They are:
- The Finance and Audit Committee
- The Investment Committee
- The Nominations and Remuneration Committee
- The Strategic Steering Group
