The Charity for Civil Servants have been accredited as a Living Wage Employer.

Our Living Wage commitment ensures that that all our direct employees or third-party contracted staff receive a minimum hourly wage of £9.30 in the UK and £10.75 in London.

The Living Wage is an initiative of Citizens UK and is calculated according to the real costs of living. It is the mark of a responsible employer who believes that a hard day's work deserves a fair day's pay.
